If you are planning a family day out to Flambards Amusement Park, then this place is ideally located. It's just a short taxi ride to the park, and if you're feeling fit, then it's a twenty-minute walk.

The breakfast that is served at this place is quite tasty and very satisfying. You get plenty of items to choose from, and all are very well prepared. It's a great start to the day and should keep you going all morning at the amusement park.

Although the place is very dated looking you'll find that the housekeeping staff do their best to keep the place in spotless condition. The rooms are very clean, and there are no real cleanliness issues throughout the building.

While this hotel may be acceptable to some, there are a number of guests that have stayed here who have been unhappy with the state of the place. They feel that the money paid was far too much for rooms that while clean, are shabby and in disrepair.

It seems that there are no staff at this place to look after the hotel as all are busy in the pub and restaurant below. You can never find anyone at reception, and some guests had issues with reservation mix ups with no rooms available to them on arrival.

There are next to no amenities at this hotel unless you count limited parking and an okay restaurant as a plus. This is not great for a hotel that is priced in the three-star hotel range. There's nothing of note within the hotel at all, and the rooms aren't that great.
