Positive Reviews
positive:
A good stop-off point.
It's easy to get on the interstate + restaurants of all descriptions are within walking distance; plus a few convenience stores if you just want to munch through TV programs in the privacy of your room. The airport and downtown areas are all an easy car ride away.
positive:
Friendly staff and rooms are clean.
It all feels clean and refurbished - and it is. There's no feeling of unease as you enter these rooms and staff are really ultra friendly and extremely helpful.

Hooray for breakfast!
Breakfast here is a good way to start the day. Appetizing and substantial. It's a welcome change to find a hotel breakfast that ticks all the boxes. Prior to breakfast and in case of 'night starvation', there's a Cracker Barrel directly opposite!

The Iceman Cometh: A chilling experience.
Rooms are small and any refurbishment program hasn't extended to the worn and shabby curtains. That's the least of your worries though if your room is anywhere near the ice machine in the corridor. At all times of the day and night, there's a "whoosh" sound as it comes down the chute.
negative:
Hotel farms out some cold comfort.
Air conditioning in the room has a life of its own and the hotel keeps it on revved up capacity to hide other noises in the system. The room is freezing cold. Turn the air con down and you get the system noise. It's a 'lose-lose' situation.
negative:
Some burning issues.
Breakfast portions are small (but OK) and so is the breakfast room; but very cramped. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. Why, then, the burn marks on the furniture! Plus, cleaning staff were reluctant to say goodbye to the previous guest, there's a lingering footnote in the form of his socks!
