Guests gave the complimentary breakfast with sausages, biscuits and gravy a big thumbs up. They liked the friendly chef who cooked the eggs to order and some described the breakfast as restaurant quality.

The Quality Inn Durango had all the features most guests were looking for in a hotel including clean and comfortable rooms with mini fridges and microwaves, powerful showers, speedy Wi-Fi and a great price. Late night cookies were a special touch and most guests said they would definitely return whenever they're in the area.

Jared at the front desk was singled out by many guests for his friendly welcome and knowledge of the local area. He was just as popular with pooches who appreciated the doggy treats. Some pet friendly rooms have special flooring to eliminate odour and allergens and guests found these accommodations clean and comfortable.

The Quality Inn Durango is an older building and while most guests were more than satisfied with the interior of the hotel, some guests were initially turned off by the exterior which they described as tired and a bit dated. A few guests thought the outside walkway leading to the rooms could use an update.

For some guests the rooms at this hotel were a bit on the small side, others described them as a little cramped.

Traffic noises, creaky flooring and noisy heating units kept some guests from enjoying a good night's sleep.
