The staff was found to be friendly to guests who stayed here. They tried to accommodate guests by having a luggage storage and giving instructions on the area, which made it easier for the guests.

Guests felt the included breakfast was a nice thing to have in the morning, and felt that the assortment was varied and had plenty of cold and hot items. They also enjoyed the restaurant/pub downstairs where they could have meals and drinks.

Guests thought the common areas of the hostel were clean and tidy, while at the same time spacious for them to move around and to meet other travelers. It was a nice environment to be in and to hang out with people. The kitchen was a good place to cook meals in.

The hostel was found to be a bit too far away from the central and old town area of the city. Guests would have preferred to have a closer location instead of having to walk a while to get there.

Guests found that the towels and sheets provided were used to their maximum and just looked old. There were also complaints that they smelled bad, probably due to them being humid and not dry.

Guests were able to hear the noises in the inside as there was not much sound isolation available. The noise from the corridors and the common areas would go through the rooms as if there was no wall there.
