It has been noticed that the hotel is very well heated. In fact, the bathroom is luxuriously warm, which is a great advantage in a country which has a reputation for being very cold.
Although the staff has been described as honest and helpful, to the point of being better than tour guides, it is noticed that the staff is often not present when people arrive to Check-in. The entrance is at the back of the building and there is a number written to call for entry. For visitors arriving from abroad, this is a huge inconvenience. Also, guests have mentioned that their rooms were not cleaned for the duration of their stay.
Oddly, the water has a very sulphuric smell here, which can be quite difficult to tolerate say guests.
