Paulay Winery and Guest house is located in the heart of Tokaj; in an old (about 300 years), traditional stone house which is the birthplace of the director of National Theater, Ede Paulay. The guesthouse is in the attic which can be accessed on stairs. There are 3 two bed rooms with own bathroom, and 2 two bed rooms with common bathroom in the air-conditioned guest house. There is an equipped common kitchen, free WiFi. Parking is possible inside the courtyard or in front of the house. Be sure to taste my handcrafted wines in the cozy cellar of guest house! There are plenty of things to do around if you fancy active holidays. You can organizing bike tours, hiking trips in the nearby forests, canoe tour or boat trip on Bodrog and Tisza rivers, exploring more castles and if you would like to get familiar with the Unesco World Heritage Tokaj Wine region I can also advise you which wine producers, cellars to visit. There are thermal baths with several outdoor pool and slides in Tiszavasvári, Nyíregyháza perfect for families with little children and groups of friends as well.
