Old house with all the modern comfort ones… The characteristic internal court with the ancient granite arch… only a few steps from the historic city centre… The Domus Olbia Inn is a small Residence in the centre of Olbia, with only six rooms and eight apartments, created by the renovation of an old townhouse with architectural details that are inspired by the motifs of the last century. The service is accommodation-only, whether you choose to stay in a standard room, superior room or junior suite, or in a two-room apartment. The atmosphere is very evocative; our Residence in Olbia is in fact nestled in the city centre but forms an extremely quiet oasis with its partially covered interior court, which protects it from traffic and city noise. The commercial area in the centre of Olbia can be reached by a short walk or by bus. Shops and services are located in the immediate vicinity: supermarket, pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, tobacconist’s, bakery, and right in the small square in front, a bar with outdoor tables. A few hundred metres away lies the beautiful “Fausto Noce” city park, with a wellness trail, pond with waterfall, and inside, the renowned Terranova Tennis Club. A few kilometres away you’ll find countless beautiful white-sand beaches that are located both north and south of the city, and major archaeological sites. Domus Olbia INN lies only 2/3 km from Olbia Port and Airport and a few steps from many services. In the little square in front of the entrance you may find a tobacconist and a snack bar where enjoying light lunch and dinner; 50/100 mt away you may find pizzeria, market, pharmacy, and at 200/300 mt the shopping area of Corso Umberto (hearth of the town).
