The hostel is centrally located. It is situated in a quiet street and five minutes' walk from the train station. Surrounded by plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, guests did not have to travel very far. A little Spanish restaurant on the next street offers the best Baguettes and is a must try according to many guests.
The services offered by the owners and staff members were much appreciated by all the guests. The friendly atmosphere made the guests feel warm and at home. Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping staff was well-trained and never rendered a cold treatment to any of the guests.
Majority of the guests found the rooms to be well-equipped with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. There is nothing fancy and luxurious about the accommodations but they are very well-maintained. The big balconies allowed the guests to enjoy the beautiful sights around. Airport shuttle is one of the services that make it easier for guests to commute to the airport.
The Wi-Fi signal was very patchy and unreliable as per many guests. It was not stable for even a few minutes, making work difficult.
Most of the guests felt that the hotel could have done better with softer pillows. The hard pillows gave a stiff neck to many guests.
Few guests found the bathrooms to be quite old and worn out. Bath tub was broken and mended many a times, which gave it shabby look. There is no floor drain which makes the bathroom flood up with water after every shower.
