The Hamptons Brighton staff are extremely friendly and personable. They endeavour to make guests feel welcome and well looked after upon arrival and are happy to answer any questions or respond to any requests.
Guests found that the lack of hotel parking was proved problematic as their only option was to find somewhere to park on the street or to pay a significant amount to park in a large car parking garage.
The hotel does not feature a lift and some guests were disappointed to find that if they had a room on the top floor, they were required to climb a large flight of stairs.
