We rent entire house categorized with 5 stars and built in 2017, located in ultimate privacy, without direct neighbors. Villa is located in a secluded spot on the 2000 m2 plot but it's only 1,5 km away from center Tucepi and 4,8 km away from city center Makarska and big supermarkets like LIdl, Kaufland etc. There are 4 Bedrooms, 4,5 Bathroom, a living room, 2 terraces, two outdoor tables for ten people and one indoor table for ten people. Air condition in the whole space, a flat smart screen TV in each room (6 pieces) , and free WI-FI, a safe, Garage and 4 private parking place free of charge, BBQ, Garden with groomed lawns and fruit trees, Playground with Sandbox, Swings, Slides, Toys, Ping - pong, Darts, Great big heated infinity illuminated swimming pool for adult and pool for kids. The villa is equiped with High Chair, Crib and indoors/ outdoors toys. There are good restaurants nearby, some of them with Michelin's star. We are proud on respectable nightlife in Makarska as well. Makarska riviera has a lenght of 59 km beautiful pebble beaches and there are historical monuments, museums and natur atractions... something for each familly member... Villa Yanko also includes garden that provides relaxing moments for the guests. The pool is exuipped with automatic heating so that it can also be used in preseason and postseason and the guests can choose the light color of the swimming pool, which gives the night romantic atmosphere. Villa Yanko can accomodate up to 10 guests. The best 8 adults plus 2 children, but we can arrange also other combinations.
