About Villa Kelly

This villa is situated some 5-8 minutes from the Center of the Opatija. Located in the quiet and safe community of Bregi. Surrounded by the blue Adria and rolling hills, beautiful Villa Kelly offers an excellent base to soak up the warm Mediterranean atmosphere and explore this part of Croatian coast. Our idea was to build a villa that will allow groups of friends with families to take a vacation together and share their time and experience. But at the same time arrangements with bedrooms separated through the 5 floors will allow you family privacy when required. The location of the villa makes it possible to be near the city but also enjoy a wonderful family vacation and most of all, a truly stunning view. The villa´s garden with an inviting infinity pool and high quality sun loungers leaves an excellent first impression. The rooms are divided over 5 floors. With a total of 9 bedrooms the villa can accommodate up to 18 persons. On the lower ground floor, which has a direct exit to the pool, you will find a gym, a sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge where you can spend time together. Our property is baby/child friendly. They have is own interior and exterior entertainment space.
