Les Grandes Vignes is an exceptional stone house with a tower stands on a beautiful plot of land two kilometres from the Seine, in the little village of Saint Etienne sous Bailleul. It enjoys a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by a hilly landscape and affording a beautiful view over the valley. Owing to this location and its proximity to Giverny, it is ideal accommodation for guests who would like to combine a holiday amidst beautiful nature with a visit to the Monet house. The property, which the owners also live on, has two further, individually designed holiday houses. All the houses are independent of each other and do not face each other. The ground floor of the spacious, tastefully decorated house has a living and dining room with a dining space and a comfortable sitting corner in front of the fireplace. Firewood is provided. The sitting area provides a sofa, a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully-equipped and also has a dishwasher. The house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds, and the third in the tower with a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
