Bedrooms: The Manor House has 6 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms all with private bathrooms, King size beds with extra comfort mattresses & pillows & high quality bedlinen & towels, all to ensure a fantastic night’s sleep. The Kitchen: There is a high quality fully equipped professional kitchen which leads on to the adjacent dining room. The Kitchen, finished in stainless steel has a large gas hob & large electric oven, professional dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, large fridge freezer, ice cube maker, washing machine & tumble drier & all the kitchen equipment needed to allow you to prepare & sample the delights of Perigordine cuisine. Dining room: The large dining room is light & airy surrounded by glass doors which open up completely on to the beautiful private gardens & swimming pool. Just outside the dining room, there are picnic tables for Al Fresco dining overlooking the gorgeous swimming pool & a gas BBQ. Living room: There is a magnificent living room of 70m² with UK & French satellite TV channels & comfortable seating for up to 16 people, a wide selection of games for all ages, large open fireplace with wood burning stove, piano & guitar. There is a separate WC on ground floor. Exterior: The large private heated swimming pool (15x7m) is open from mid April to mid Sept & heated from May to Sept, weather permitting. The pool has 2 alarms meeting all French safety requirements & surrounded by sun loungers for up to 14 people. There is also a sauna in the pool house with a shower & WC. Set in 20,000m2 of beautiful, private, gardens & spectacular views of the surrounding countryside & panoramic views over Carlucet’s stunning 11th Century church across the small valley. Activities in the garden: In the large garden there is a table tennis table, football goals, rounders game, swings & slide, badminton rackets & boules court. There is also a large trampoline.
