About Helsey House Cottages

Award winning Helsey House Cottages are located near the village of Hogsthorpe on the North East Lincolnshire coast. Each cottage was converted from original cattle stalls and is comfortably furnished. There is ample parking in the grounds. There is a private south facing courtyard garden for guests exclusive use with a seating and barbecue area. There is also a large play area for children with trampolines and swings. Each cottage has two bedrooms, an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen and a family bathroom. Central heating is included in the rent. All linens and towels are provided for use in the cottages but please bring your own beach towels. There is a laundry room on site. We are a no smoking establishment. Well behaved pets are welcome at a small charge. For our less mobile guests we have available a mobile hoist, shower wheelchair/commode and bed raisers. Carer support is also available. Please ask for details. We especially welcome families with special needs. We are perfectly placed to explore the rural coast of Lincolnshire with Skegness, Ingoldmells and Fantasy Island within 20 minutes' drive. We shall look forward to welcoming you soon.
