Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location for your Rome city trip
The hotel is near many of the major attractions which can be easily reached in a short walk. Restaurants, bars, nightlife venues and boutiques are nearby as well. The hotel is a short three minute walk to the train station, making it easy to use the Metro to get to places that are more than walking distance away.
positive:
Modern decor and comfortable rooms
Guests really liked the modern boutique decor of their rooms, giving them a classy feeling. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Some rooms even have a small balcony, a little added plus. Comfort rooms are bigger than standard rooms, so it might be worth the upgrade.
positive:
Nice, helpful staff
Guests loved the friendly customer service they received at this location. They felt the staff took good care of them. They could direct them to restaurants and bars worth checking out, or arrange tickets to theatre and tours that are offered in the city.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Stairway on your way to elevator
Some guests were irritated that you have to master a stairway to get to the elevator, which might not be very comfortable when you are dragging heavy suitcases.
negative:
No lobby area
The reception is next to the building and the hotel does not really offer a lobby of any kind or public sitting space. You are limited to your own quarters. If this is important in a hotel for you, you might want to pass on this one.
negative:
Wi-Fi not reliable
Some guests had trouble with the Wi-Fi. They received it well, but could not really connect to websites. If you have online needs, you might be able to work on them in one of the cafes nearby.
