Desert Breezes Resort (Palm Desert, USA)

Guests were pleased to find a wide range of on-site leisure facilities especially those who stayed here with young children. There are three swimming pools which proved very popular with the guests who said that they were well maintained and had plenty of sun loungers for relaxing. Those who visited the on-site fitness center said that the facility was modern and had up-to date equipment.

The resort is surrounded by extensive grounds which feature tennis courts, walking trails and a lake. Guests enjoyed spending time outdoors either strolling through the gardens or sitting by the lake and admiring the picturesque scenery. If you are looking for a scenic countryside escape then you certainly won't be disappointed.

Guests described their accommodation as spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary self-catering facilities including fully-fitted kitchenettes. The decor was said to be modern with quality furniture and upholstery. Bathrooms were also said to be clean with up-to- date fixtures and fittings.

Some guests were disappointed to find that their rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Many also objected to the hotel's policy of charging for cleaning of the apartments if guests stay at the resort for less than a week.

Those who wanted to access the internet from their rooms and apartments said that the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and also objected to the fact that only one device at a time could be connected.

The air-conditioning units have been described as inadequate when it came to cooling down the rooms. Guests found it difficult to control the temperature on the units and said that their rooms often felt uncomfortably warm.
