They go out of their way to assist you and make your stay as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. The manager in particular is very attentive to dinners and will ensure you are satisfied.
The dishes prepared were very delicious and guests enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast delivered to their rooms. Not only do they serve very good quality of food, there is also a wide variety of dishes to cater to various palates.
The hotel is well maintained and always very clean. Daily housekeeping is provided and the housekeeping staff who are always very detailed in their responsibilities.
Many complained about the few number of parking spots near the hotel. The parking situation was terrible as there was lack of room to manoeuvre in the spaces allocated. Parking your car at times was quite a challenge.
The Wi-Fi connection was a major concern for some of the guests as they found it to be very weak and often would vanish altogether. For those who were lucky enough to connect, the speed was very slow.
