It is a farmer's house, with several centuries on its stone walls, just rehabilitated with all the flavor of old times and all the comfort of today. Three-storied, with five double bedrooms for a maximum of 10 people, three bathrooms, one of them with disable access, fully equipped kitchen, three living rooms, dining room, tv room with smart-tv, and private garden with covered porch and barbecue. Free wifi accessible all through the house. Santa Cruz de Nogueras is a tiny village, hidden in the mountains of northern Teruel province. Surrounded by holm-oak forests and labor fields, it is built on the oldest rocks of the Iberian Cordillera, very rich in marine fossils. It is very attractive for lovers of nature, fossils, hiking and biking. It is nearly 900 m high, with a cool mountain climate, far from the freezing winter fogs and the summer extreme heat of the low lands. Besides the church, with its slim briquette tower, the "peirones" typical religious monoliths marking the paths leaving the village, the stoned ice-house, and the four-lobed San Bartolomé Hermit, there are plenty attractions in the nearest towns: the Moorish style churchs of Herrera (15 km away) and Villar de los Navarros (8 km away), the picturesque steeping streets of Anento (32 km away), the walled town of Daroca, where Christian, Islamic and Jewish cultures lived together (40 km away), and Albarracín, perhaps the prettiest Spanish town (120 km away).
