Arlena Farmhouse, just on the shore of lake of Bolsena, holiday apartment rentals, with private beach. Nine charming apartments ground floor, for two, four or six people. Your holiday in a pleasant and relaxing environment that offers an incredible variety of sight-seeing with cultural, gastronomic and wine-tasting excursions in the regions of Latium, Umbria and Tuscany. The property covers about 10 hectares (over 22 acres), is centered around an old stone farmhouse dating back to 1850 and its attached rural buildings. The complex has been restructured into one, two and three-room apartments able to accommodate from 2 to 7 people with a large grassy area in front for relaxing and playing. The general availability of accommodation is based on nine apartments (two studio apartments, two three rooms apartments and five two rooms apartments). The surrounding fields, completely fenced and extending to the edge of the lake, are covered mostly by sunflowers and olive threes. The sandy shore gradually declines into the lake, lending to a shallow area that is well-suited for swimming, even for small children. Lounge chairs, changing room and shower free available.
