Very close to the Cathedral in Le Puy-en-Velay, Une Coquille sous l'Oreiller (a shell under the pillow) is a quaint guest house full of history, dating back to the 18th century, where lovers of travel and poetry will enjoy staying within its walls. The 4 floors accommodate you between wood and stones in a perfect alchemy (without elevator). 4 rooms with bed 140cm, shower, washbasin and toilet and 1 studio with a bed bunk double 140 and 1 single bed with bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin). The house can accommodate 13 people. Pets are not allowed to avoid problems of allergies with other guests. No smoking rooms, but a shared terrace, where you can read a good book or enjoy the heart of the historic city. Every smile in this house is something more that signifies a great family project. The house accepts holiday vouchers and appreciate that you communicate your arrival time. Packed lunches with local products for hikers, to book with a surcharge.
