Summerhill Farm is situated on 10 peaceful acres at Main Ridge, 75 minutes from Melbourne CBD, in the heart of the picturesque Mornington Peninsula. When you stay at Summerhill Farm B&B you are only minutes away from local wineries, markets, breweries, cafes, hot springs, boutiques, fromageries, beaches, gardens, national parks, mazes and tree surfing. Accommodation is available in the traditional Edwardian Suite in the old homestead (circa 1920), or the self-contained Blue Cottage (circa 1940). Both the Edwardian Suite and the Blue Cottage retain many original fittings and will appeal to those who enjoy a vintage atmosphere. Both accommodation choices offer a continental breakfast, dining area, garden views, a TV/DVD player, air-conditioning and additional trundle beds if required. The Blue Cottage has a well-stocked kitchenette, a wood heater and a small terrace with barbecue facilities while the Edwardian Suite has the verandah - ideal for an evening glass of wine - and the adjacent Rose Room, making it ideal for larger families or groups. Guests are welcome to explore the garden and farm and view and chat to the alpacas, chooks and ponies roaming the property.
