A lovely lakeland stone cottage and garden surrounded by woodland, with its own waterfall and stream.There are lots of seating areas around the garden where you can relax. The Stockghyll Cottage has 3 double rooms which are all en-suite, and come free wifi, tea and coffee making facilities, TV & hair dyers and are inclusive of a full Cumbrian breakfast. Guests have exclusive access to our own lakeside beaches through Stockghyll Water Meadow which is just across the road. Here you can launch a kayak or simply enjoy a glass of wine and the delightful views of the Langdale mountains at the north of Lake Windermere. Situated just 5 minutes' walk from the village of Bowness and its lake side attractions, Stockghyll Cottage is the perfect location for your visit to the Lake District.
