Guests whose rooms were on the higher floors said that they found the daily climb up several flights of stairs quite tiring whilst many also objected to having to climb the narrow and steep stairs with their heavy suitcases.
The standard-type rooms have been described as being quite compact with guests stating that they were just about adequate for one person but with two occupants the room felt cramped and uncomfortable.
