About Il Querceto

Querceto is an old farmhouse restored in the eighties, surrounded by a park with swimming pool, a garden and a small portion of a forest of oaks and acacia trees. Located about 10 km northeast of Perugia, it is located at the edge of the Tiber valley near the Egubina state road 20 minutes' drive from Assisi and 30 from Gubbio. In the park area there is an indoor car park, a swimming pool, a bowling green, a play area for children in the garden and a barbecue. The rooms are located in two apartments: one facing pool with entrance on the same and the other adjacent to the garden overlooking the woods. All rooms are located on the ground floor. Car parking is inside the park, just a few meters from the accommodation. The Swimming Pool Apartment They are shared between the two en-suite bedrooms: the living room with sofa and a kitchenette complete with fridge and oven. Pool patio equipped. Possibility of extra bed in the rooms. The Garden apartment It has a twin bedroom with a private bathroom, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with fridge, oven and dishwasher.
