According to guests, the property offers peace and pleasant solitude that no other property can. It is set amidst a jungle so the place is private and far from the toxic of the city. Rooms are also decorated and furnished with tasteful, authentic Balinese style. The place is almost hidden, but obviously special!

Guests loved the panoramic landscape that they can see from their rooms every day. Each room has a breathtaking view of the valley or the river. A lot of the guests even said the scenery is excellent for a romantic setting.

Most of the previous guests mentioned the super delicious papaya jam offered during breakfast. Others were delighted by the enormous servings of delicious food during the morning meal, and the beautifully decorated breakfast area. Some of the guests even expressed the breakfast was the highlight of their stay.

Guests were disappointed that there were no on-site or nearby eateries. They hated that there was no nearby options for dinner and having to walk for quite some time on a dark road without a sidewalk to get to a restaurant.

Aside from no dining options, there is also not much interesting sites around. To get to the city centre, guests had to ride a cab for twenty minutes. Thus, guests stated that it can be very difficult to stay at the property without a rented scooter.

Due to the property's tropical setting, guests reported seeing lizards, bugs, and cockroaches in their rooms. Although this was no big matter, they were still bothered by the unwelcome visitors. They also expressed that there were mosquitoes inside their quarters.
