Kamerijck B & B is situated just outside the village of Gingelom, in a very peaceful and rural environment. It’s the perfect place for pleasant walks in hollow ways along the orchards. The farm is built in a square shape, typical in the region of Hesbaye. The closed courtyard is accessible through the elegant porch, decorated with four bull’s eyes. The 18th century old barn has been renovated into 6 bedrooms built with fine and natural materials. On the ground floor, there are two rooms and the breakfast lounge. The breakfast lounge is very spacious and includes a cozy sitting room with fire place. Outside there’s a sunny terrace facing south. The four other spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms are on the first floor. Each room has a different style. One room on ground floor has a bathroom specially equipped for people with reduced mobility (wheelchair). Each room has a small sitting area, a bathroom (bathtub + shower), separate toilets, internet access, a television, a safe and a mini bar. Breakfast is served in the breakfast lounge every morning between 8:30 and 10:00 AM. You‘ll have a pleasant stay at the farm, a haven of tranquility in a pastoral and charming setting. The swimming pool with a south-facing terrace is available every day from 1 to 4:30 pm. Guided tour of the farm: one of the main farming activities is growing green asparagus, tomatoes and zucchini. During the season, you can be guided through the production fields and processing facilities. Tasting of the products is also possible. The products are for sale in the farm shop where you'll also find a wide range of farm and local products. Around the fields, along groves and orchards, there’s a private grass walking circuit (about 4.5 km). Nordic walking poles are for rent at the reception. Limburg is well-known for its walking, cycle or car signposted routes. Maps for sale are available. The nearby historical towns of Sint-Truiden, Borgloon, Tongeren, Zoutleeuw, Tienen offer a number of cultural, sportive and shopping opportunities.
