The bed & breakfast Da Ferro was established in Piano di Conca (small town of Versilia) along the way Sarzanese, and near the historical premises housing a restaurant renowned for local cuisine, a bar and a grocer’s shop, and all are called “Da Ferro”. The property, close to Alpi Apuane, is just 4 km from the sea and the famous coastal town of Viareggio, known for its beaches and for the carnival, which attracts people from all over the world. The B & B is located in a favourable area for visiting some of the most important Italian towns, as Lucca or Pisa, both famous for their artistic heritage (in fact the Mura of Lucca or Piazza dei miracoli at Pisa is considered one of seven wonders of the world). Also numerous seaside resorts, including Viareggio, Lido di Camaiiore and Forte dei Marmi, are easily accessible. The building, dating from the end of the XIX century, has been completely renovated, but the old style is maintained. There are 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and a large common room for breakfast. The bedrooms are 20 square meters and are equipped with a bathroom with shower, independent heating, TV, air conditioning and wi-fi. There are also 2 small apartments of 35 square meters that have the same comfort as the bedrooms but also have a kitchen. Each bedroom is decorated in fresh provincial style. Behind the B & B there is a well-lit parking reserved for guests, and a small garden.
