Its charm is to be found, as well as in the wild scenic beauty of the Apennines, in the strategic location that allows you to visit beautiful and interesting places rich in history, culture and art of central Italy; we are in fact at the crossroads between Tuscany, Umbria, Marche and Emilia Romagna. No less important are the riding school, which is located a few kilometers from the farmhouse, the lakes to practice sport fishing, the river Tiber and the many Tuscan restaurants, particularly renowned for their skills in preparing typical food and wine specialties.
