negative:
There's no lift
Ballynahinch Castle Hotel does not have a lift. This could prove to be problematic if you have low mobility, a lot of luggage or small children in tow.
negative:
Some rooms are smaller than others
Some of the guest rooms here are small which could be disappointing. If you are travelling with more than one person or you need extra room to manoeuvre, you might want to ask for a larger accommodation.

You may have to wait for service
The hotel's restaurant and pub can get really busy, especially on weekends and during peak travel season, which means you may have to wait for service and your food. But the good news is that once the food arrives, you'll find that it was worth the wait.
