Negative Reviews
negative:
It's the little things
Many guests who have stayed at the Allegria noticed quite a few small issues with rooms. Although these were easily fixed, guests felt that perhaps more pro-active maintenence is required - as expected in a hotel of this caliber. Subsequently, this made guests feel that perhaps their stay was a little overpriced.
negative:
Expensive parking
Guests who had planned to travel to the hotel by car may wish to consider alternatives, as parking is limited and charged at more than $25 per night which some felt was expensive.
negative:
Guests sometimes don't feel like VIPs
Some guests felt that staff at the Allegria treat functions such as weddings with more importance as those there on vacation, with examples of long queues at the bar and the pool being closed when an event was running.
